The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will get a new design, level 2 ADAS and a larger touchscreen. The underbody tank will increase the boot space in the CNG variant. It may be launched in the first half of 2026.

BhaThe best-selling sub-four-metre SUV of the night, Maruti Brezza, is headed for a major mid-life update. Although the official launch date and details have not been revealed yet, it is expected that the updated model may arrive in the first half of 2026. In the sub-compact SUV segment, the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will continue to compete with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Nissan Magnite and the Renault Kiger. Here are the top four upgrades to expect in the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift.

Minor design changes

Minor cosmetic changes are expected in it. The new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is expected to have a slightly changed front grille, updated bumpers, new 16-inch swirl-pattern alloy wheels and new LED DRLs.

Maruti Brezza CNG

According to reports, the new Maruti Brezza 2026 may get Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System) safety suite. This is because most of its competitors are already offering this feature. This system may include features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking (AEB), blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert.

Updated infotainment and features

Although the layout of the cabin will probably remain the same, but many new features will increase its value. In place of the existing 9-inch unit, the facelifted model may get a 10.1 or 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Other major improvements could include a new digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats and a premium audio system.

Underbody CNG tank and more boot space

One major mechanical upgrade in the new Maruti Brezza 2026 may be in the form of an underbody CNG tank. In this setup, the CNG cylinder will be removed from the boot space and placed under the floor of the vehicle, freeing up cargo space. As a result, the updated Brezza CNG will offer more boot space than the existing CNG variant. The existing K15C petrol engine will be continued with 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options.
