Indian Telephone Industries (ITI Limited) has started the application process for recruitment to Young Professional posts (ITI Recruitment 2025-26). The number of vacant posts is 215. Candidates will be appointed in various fields including Projects, Project Management, IS & IT, Computer Lab, HR, Marketing Finance, Hindi Cell. The qualifications for all posts have also been determined separately.

What is the eligibility?

To apply for Young Professional Graduate post, candidates should have BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/M.A/C/MBA/B.Sc/BCA in relevant field. For the post of Technician, three year diploma holders in the relevant field can fill the form. Apart from this, they should also have 2 years working experience. For Young Professional Operator posts, it is necessary to have ITI trade certificate in the relevant field from a recognized university or institute.

• Young Professional Graduate – Rs 60,000 per month


• Young Professional Technician – Rs 35,000 per month


• Young Professional Operator – Rs 30,000 per month

Selection will happen like this

• The selection process for Young Professional Graduate posts will consist of two stages. Candidates will be first selected on the basis of score obtained in graduation. After this, group discussion and personal interview will be organized.


• Skill test will be conducted for Young Professional Technician and Operator posts. There will be no interview or group discussion.
