Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reaches Kalyan Bigha every year on January 1 to pay homage to his mother Parameshwari Devi. Local people keep waiting for the arrival of CM. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached his native village Kalyan Bigha on Wednesday on the death anniversary of his mother Late Parameshwari Devi. During this, he paid tribute to his parents and wife by offering a floral tribute in the garden built in memory of them. The Chief Minister reached Kalyan Bigha by road at around ten in the morning. First of all he worshiped in the Devi temple of the village. After this, Kaviraj reached Ram Lakhan Singh Vatika and offered floral tributes to the life-size statues of his mother Parameshwari Devi, father and wife. The Chief Minister wished everyone a Happy New Year. He said that Bihar will embark on a fast journey of new resolutions in the New Year 2026. Complainants’ voices unheard


When the Chief Minister came out of the garden after the tribute program, many complainants approached him with their problems. However, the Chief Minister moved ahead with folded hands, while the officials took the applications of the complainants. The complainants expressed their displeasure and said that they had applied several times before, but till now no initiative has been taken. A complainant said that the application was given last time also, but the problem remains the same. We are tired of complaining for two years. After this, CM Nitish Kumar immediately directed the officials to solve the problems of the complainants.

Tight security arrangements were made in Smriti Vatika and surrounding areas regarding the arrival of the Chief Minister. Barricading was done near Vatika and a large number of police forces remained deployed. The entire area was kept under security cordon. Hoardings and banners were put up in the village and surrounding areas to welcome the Chief Minister. After waiting for about 45 minutes, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar left for Patna. On this occasion, Minister Shravan Kumar, MP Kaushalendra Kumar, local MLA and many public representatives were present. Everyone paid tribute to late Parameshwari Devi.
