Second, relief can also be achieved by light massage of the chest. For this, take a few cloves of garlic and cook celery and cloves in mustard oil. Massage your chest and shoulders before sleeping at night. This will help in keeping the body warm as well as reducing pain.
Third, taking steam is an easy and effective way to get relief from chest tightness quickly. Take steam about twice a day and inhale the steam by opening your mouth. This will loosen the phlegm and give relief to the lung muscles.
Fourth, you can also consume Sitopaladi powder, Talisagi powder or Trikut powder. These powders keep the body warm and help in strengthening the digestive power.
