- Ingredients for Gajar Ka Halwa



1 cup milk



½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)



2 tbsp ghee



¼ cup mixed dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)



½ tsp cardamom powder



1 tbsp raisins (optional)



½ cup khoya (mawa)



Method: How to Make Gajar Ka Halwa
1. Grate the CarrotsWash, peel, and grate the carrots finely. Keep them aside.



2. Saute the CarrotsHeat ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots and sauté for 4–5 minutes until they soften and release aroma.



3. Add MilkPour in the milk and mix well. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk is fully absorbed.



4. Add Sugar & CardamomOnce the mixture thickens, add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for 5–10 minutes until the halwa becomes rich and glossy.



5. Add Khoya & Dry FruitsAdd khoya, dry fruits, and raisins. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until ghee separates.



6. Serve HotYour hot and delicious gajar ka halwa is ready. Serve warm and enjoy the winter treat.
