B Falls


The cool water of Pachmarhi springs takes away the heat. There are two major waterfalls here which can be enjoyed. The Silver Falls, also known as Rajat Prapat, falls from a height of 350 feet and appears white like milk. Near it there is a Handi cave, which is about 300 feet deep.



On the other hand, B Falls, also known as Jamuna Falls, falls from a height of 150 feet. When its water hits the rocks, it makes a sound like a bee, due to which it is named Bee Falls.

Jatashankar Cave


Jatashankar Cave is about one and a half km from Pachmarhi, where there is a natural Shivalinga of Lord Shiva. There is also a statue of Hanuman ji here, which has religious importance as well as a center of attraction for trekking lovers.



Dhupgarh


Dhupgarh is the highest peak of Madhya Pradesh, located in the Satpura range. The view of sunrise and sunset from here is amazing.


Pandava Caves


It is said that the Pandavas spent some time here during their exile, and the site is still famous among tourists.



How to reach Pachmarhi

If you want to travel by train, the nearest railway station is Pipariya, which is 50 km away. From here Pachmarhi can be reached by taxi or bus. It can also be easily reached by road from Bhopal, Jabalpur or Itarsi.

To get relief from the heat, it is best to visit Pachmarhi between March and July. The weather here is pleasant. The place is also ideal to visit between October to February.
