Today’s Recipe: Cold season means the season to eat healthy things. Eating moringa (drumstick) laddus in this season provides health benefits. We all make moringa curry, but have you ever eaten its laddus? The vitamins, minerals and antioxidants present in Moringa prove to be very helpful in weight loss, controlling diabetes, reducing inflammation and strengthening bones. So today we will tell you an easy recipe of Moringa Laddus at home.



Material



  • Moringa (drumstick) powder – 2 tbsp

  • Wheat flour or gram flour – 1 cup

  • Desi Ghee – ½ cup

  • Jaggery (grated) – ¾ cup

  • Cashews – 10-12 (chopped)

  • Almonds – 10-12 (chopped)

  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

  • Coconut powder – 2 tbsp



Method


1-Heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Add flour or gram flour to it and fry while stirring continuously until it turns light brown.
2-Now add Moringa powder and fry for 1–2 more minutes so that the rawness goes away. Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
3- Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit. Now add jaggery to it and mix well. Take the mixture with your hands and make small laddus.
