6 minute walk

The first step of 6-6-6 walking rule is that you have to walk only for 6 minutes at a time. Even if you maintain a normal light speed, at least 450 to 500 steps can be completed in 6 minutes. This does not cause fatigue and if you have a sitting job, your muscles also get space to expand.

Walk 6 times a day

If you follow this 6-6-6 walking rule, then you will have to walk 6 times a day. In this way, in total you walk for 36 minutes a day, which is very beneficial for your overall health. You can follow this routine from morning and repeat it approximately every 2 hours till you sleep.

Walk 6 days a week

If you follow this routine then you should do it for at least 6 days a week. You can take a break for a day, however, once it becomes your habit, it does not seem difficult at all and you can keep your day active instead of having a lazy day.
