About half a dozen IAS officers posted in the Uttar Pradesh government have been made Additional Chief Secretaries. The names of those who became Additional Chief Secretary include Ashish Goyal, Sanjay Prasad, Amrit Abhijat, R Ramesh Kumar and Mukesh Meshram.
