The best part about this dish is that it can be customized as per your choice. You can add your favorite vegetables, any shape of pasta and cheese of your choice. This recipe, which can be made in less time, is full of both taste and nutrition.
First of all, add some salt and oil to boiling water and boil the pasta as per the instructions given on the packet. After the pasta is cooked, filter the water and keep it aside.
Now heat butter in a pan and add garlic to it and fry until it becomes light golden. After this, add chopped vegetables and cook on medium flame for 2–3 minutes so that the vegetables remain slightly crunchy.
Now add flour to it and cook lightly while stirring continuously so that the rawness goes away. Then slowly add milk and keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form. When the sauce starts thickening, add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and chili flakes.
Now add boiled pasta and cheese and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
