You can take steam with plain water or add some drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, clove oil in the water. This will also reduce sore throat and stiffness.


    5- Consumption of cloves and basil-
    If you have problem of cough and cold, consume cloves. Grind cloves, mix it with honey and eat it 2-3 times a day. This will give you a lot of relief from cough. You can also drink basil ginger tea in case of cough and cold. You will get immense benefit from this. If you want, you can also add jaggery in this tea instead of sugar.
