When it comes to tea in India, people hardly like it without milk. Here, milk is not added to tea only under certain conditions, like if someone is a fitness freak or the digestion is not good, but in Iran, people do not add milk to traditionally made tea. In this article we will know what are the reasons behind it and how tea is made there.
If you drink tea traditionally made in Iran, it will not contain milk, because people there take black tea, which has a bold taste. Actually, if we talk about Iranian tea culturists, they believe that adding milk changes the real taste, color and aroma of tea. The people there like to drink tea in its pure form.
Another reason for not adding milk in tea in Iran is that there is a tradition of eating sweets with tea instead of salty snacks, like people like to have dates with tea which does not taste good with milk tea. In this way, people there avoid adding milk in tea.
If you go to Iran or have ever been to Iran, you must have seen that in their daily routine you will always find people drinking black tea, which is made with simple tea leaves. Cinnamon and cardamom are added to enhance its taste.
