Chhattisgarh News: During Raipur Literature Festival 2026, free bus service is being started in the city for the convenience of common citizens, students and literature lovers. The aim of this initiative is that no person should be deprived of this important literary event due to transportation problems. The free bus service will provide an opportunity to people to reach the festival venue with ease, safety and convenience.

Free bus service will run for three days
This free bus service will be operated for three consecutive days on 23, 24 and 25 January 2026. Travel in buses will be completely free on all these days, so that people will be able to attend Raipur Literature Festival without any expense. This facility will be especially beneficial for students, senior citizens and those interested in literature.

About 15 buses will be in service
According to the information, about 15 buses will be run for this free service. These buses will be available in both directions – reaching the festival venue and returning after the event is over. The number of buses has been decided in such a way that people do not face any kind of problem even during rush hours.

6 major routes of the city will be included
A total of 6 major routes have been determined to connect more and more people with this facility. Through these routes, people from different areas of Raipur will be able to reach the festival venue directly. All buses will be operated from Old Raipur area to Raipur Sahitya Utsav venue located at Purkhauti Muktangan, Nava Raipur.

There will be special branding of literary festival on buses.
Special branding of Raipur Sahitya Utsav will be done on all the buses running under the free bus service. This will create an atmosphere of literary festival in the entire city and will also increase awareness about the event among the people.
