Brooklyn Beckham has accused his mum of turning to desperate measures in a bid to rock his relationship with Nicola Peltz.

The Hot Sauce creator married the billionaire's daughter in 2022 but now says that his family has been out to destroy their relationship "since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped." He accused his family of being 'performative' and 'controlling' and also claimed his mum 'repeatedly invited women from his past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us uncomfortable'.

So who are these women he speaks of? Could it be Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24, who was apparently the source of the infamous fall-out over dad David's 50th birthday celebrations last year? The Beckham family threw a string of celebrations including a private event at their home in the Cotswolds before heading to France before rounding up their events with a boozy A-list dinner party in Notting Hill, London.

However, despite being in London, Brooklyn and Nicolafailed to show up. Brooklyn has since insisted that he wanted a private catch-up with his dad, but was told they could only meet on the condition that Nicola did not come.

At the time, sources claimed the couple didn't want to go because Kim would be there, and she had previously dated Brooklyn. "[Brooklyn] suggested going for breakfast or a coffee but was told the only chance to see the family would be at one of their lavish parties which Kim would be at - so he refused," a source told The Sun. TMZ claimed that Brooklyn and Romeo were at loggerheads over the romance and that the former also swerved a fashion show held by Victoria that March because Kim was there.

The source claimed that while Brooklyn had no ill feelings towards his brother, he did not approve of his relationship with Kim and felt "protective" of him. Ultimately, it was said that Brooklyn felt as though his family had chosen Romeo over him.

In counter-briefings, it was claimed that Nicola was the one calling the shots. "Victoria and David would do anything to get their son back, but they are done with Nicola now," a source told the Daily Mail. They claimed that Nicola would "kick something off" making it "impossible" for him to attend family events. The source claimed: "It all stinks of a control thing. The family are absolutely certain this is what happened this time round, that a drama was created and Brooklyn doesn't feel he can turn up to see his family – but it happened three times in a week."

However, after splitting from Romeo, London-based model and DJ Kim hit back insisting that she and Brooklyn had never been a thing. "I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on," she fumed on Instagram.

"I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative." Seemingly addressing the Brooklyn rumours, Kim then clarified: "I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. "I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved."

At the time of the split, it was alleged that Kim was being used a 'scapegoat' in Brooklyn's row with his parents. In the seething rant by Brooklyn last night, he seemed to allude to his history with Kim as he raged: "My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable."

The aspiring chef went as far as to say he has been "controlled by a family that values public promotion above all else" and since being with Nicola, he has found "peace and relief" after battling crippling anxiety.

Meanwhile, sources close to the Beckhams have told the Mirror that Victoria has been left heartbroken by their son's actions. "Victoria is on the floor, shocked to pieces that her son would do this. Everyone is in shock. But Victoria is totally in pieces over this. But, she is worried, as is David, that this will be the end of Brand Beckham, with the claims of the falseness and pretend relationships; they are worried about what else he is going to come out with.

"They're still blaming Nicola, feeling she had put him up to this, and it's all to do with her; they're constantly blaming Nicola. But as Brooklyn said, he had to do this. He's sick of being controlled by their narrative. He sent legal letters telling them to stop talking about them and putting false stuff out there, the wedding dress, it was an awful thing for Victoria to do and made out Nicola didn't want to wear her dress."

In his post, Brooklyn claimed that his parents had "been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship" since before his wedding in 2022. "My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one. My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable," he alleged.
