First strengthen the documents

Complete your preparations before taking any action. Collect all the documents proving ownership of your land like Khatauni, copy of Khasra number, registry and old electricity or water bills in one file. First step: Start from Tehsildar’s office

The quickest and most direct way is to file a complaint at the Tehsil office of your area.
