Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren is on a foreign tour with his wife Kalpana Soren and delegation. After showing his presence at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Chief Minister reached London on a Europe tour. On reaching there, Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren were welcomed as per the tradition of Jharkhand. Scholars of Jharkhand and other members of the diaspora accompanied the music by calling them Jharkhandi Johar.

Hemant Soren will represent Jharkhand in Europe

Chief Minister Hemant Soren will represent India in Europe. He has a program at the prestigious Oxford University. 'During the Oxford event, Soren will engage with academic institutions including St John's College and All Souls College and deliver a special lecture, followed by a discussion at the Blavatnik School of Government, a leading global institute focused on public policy and governance.' It is believed that through this Hemant Soren can also prepare a new blueprint for development programs in Jharkhand.
