The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has announced recruitment for vacant posts of Insurance Medical Officer Grade 2 (IMO GR. II). The application process for this recruitment has already started, and the last date for submission is February 17, 2026. For some reserved states, the last date for receiving forms is February 24, 2026.

Eligibility and Criteria

To participate in this recruitment, candidates must possess an MBBS degree. They must also have appeared in the Combined Medical Services Examination 2024, and their name should be registered on the Pratibha Setu portal. The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years as of August 1, 2024.  Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per rules.

Salary

Candidates selected for this recruitment will be provided a salary of Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month as per Pay Level 10.

Through this recruitment, 225 vacant posts of Insurance Medical Officer Grade 2 will be filled. Category-wise, 64 posts are reserved for SC, 43 for ST, 33 for OBC, 22 for EWS, and 63 for the Unreserved category.
