Due to Amavasya on Tuesday, it will be called Bhaumvati Amavasya. Panchak will start from 9.30 am on this day. Since this Panchak will start from Tuesday, it will be called Agni Panchak.

Will the solar eclipse of February 17 be visible in India?

According to Ujjain's astrologer Pt. Praveen Dwivedi, the solar eclipse occurring on February 17 will not be visible anywhere in India, hence any effect of it like Sutak etc. should not be considered here.
