Paneer Nawabi: Children and adults alike like the taste of Paneer. Paneer is made when guests are coming to the house, and if you feel like eating something special, then Paneer is made. There are many options in Paneer curry like – Kadhai Paneer, Matar Paneer, Paneer Do Pyaza, Paneer Lababdar, Shahi Paneer. All these vegetables are prepared with good spices. If you like the slightly creamy taste of Paneer then you can make Paneer Nawabi Curry and eat it. Cream, dry fruits, curd and some spices are added to Paneer Nawabi curry, which gives it white color. Paneer Nawabi Curry Recipe
Step 1- First of all, put 1 big onion chopped, 2 green chillies chopped, 5-6 cloves of garlic and 1 inch piece of ginger in a pan. Now add 6-7 peeled almonds, 10-12 cashews and 1 teaspoon poppy seeds. Add some water and cover it and cook. Now when it cools down, grind it finely in a mixer and make a paste.
Second step- Take 4 spoons of desi ghee in the pan and add spices like 1 bay leaf, 1 big cardamom, 2 green cardamoms, 3-4 cloves. Now add half teaspoon cumin and ground paste and stir. Add 3-4 spoons of curd in it and cook the masala for some time.
Third Step- When the masala starts releasing light ghee, add half a cup of milk, some saffron soaked in milk and fresh cream. Now add black pepper or white pepper powder into it. Add kasoori fenugreek and mix. Now add lightly fried cheese and salt to it.
Paneer Nawabi is ready to serve. You can also add some finely chopped green coriander on top. Eat Paneer Nawabi with roti, paratha or naan. You will find its taste quite different from normal cheese. Children will also like this cheese.
