Shyam Metalics and Energy reported a steady year-on-year performance in the third quarter ended December 31, 2025.

During Q3FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹4,421.46 crore, marking a YoY growth of 17.7% compared with ₹3,756.27 crore in Q3FY25. Including other income, total income rose to ₹4,473.11 crore from ₹3,807.47 crore a year ago, registering an increase of 17.5% YoY.

On the expense side, total expenses increased to ₹3,934.35 crore in Q3FY26 versus ₹3,300.51 crore in the same quarter last year, reflecting a YoY rise of 19.2%. The increase was largely driven by higher raw material costs and other operating expenses, in line with expanded scale of operations.

Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹270.04 crore in Q3FY26, marginally higher by 2.7% YoY compared with ₹263.09 crore in Q3FY25. After accounting for tax expenses, profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹197.51 crore, broadly flat on a YoY basis when compared with ₹197.31 crore in the same quarter last year.
