4. Beetroot and Carrot Juice:


Beetroot and carrot juice are considered very effective in detoxifying the liver naturally. It purifies the blood, increases liver function and helps in eliminating toxic elements accumulated in the body. Drinking a glass of this juice daily can prove to be a boon for the liver.
