Yellow cheek hilsa broth



Materials


Hilsa fish 6 pieces (must be fresh), mustard oil, black cumin, dry chillies, salt, turmeric, sugar, chilli powder, green chillies.


the method


very simple First, wash the hilsa fish. Do not over wash. The smell of hilsa is lost in it. Now heat oil in a pan and add black cumin seeds, dry chillies. Now turn off the heat and keep the boiling oil in a bowl. Now arrange the raw hilsa in that bowl and add 2 cups of water, salt, sugar, turmeric, chilli powder, chopped green chillies. Finally spread dry chillies, boiling oil with black cumin seeds and a little raw mustard oil on it, close the lid and keep it on medium flame. Exactly 7 minutes by the clock. Drain the broth when the hilsa is cooked. This position of hilsa in warm weather is like nectar!


Hilsa Eggplant Broth



Materials


Hilsa fish 6 pieces (must be fresh), mustard oil, brinjal (cut lengthwise) salt-yellow, pepper powder, green chillies.


the method


First, wash the hilsa well, salt it, apply turmeric and keep it for a while. Cut the brinjal lengthwise, wash, salt, and put turmeric on it. Now heat the water in a pan and boil it with brinjal for a while, cover it with hilsa fish, salt, turmeric and quite a bit of pepper powder and raw chillies and cook on low flame. Do not stir too much, it breaks the fish. Open the lid and spread a little mustard oil on top and serve the hilsa eggplant broth with hot rice.
