In a bowl add boiled chickpeas or roasted chana.

  • Add lemon juice and seasoning like cumin powder, black pepper and chaat masala according to taste.

  • In a pan heat ghee and roast makhanas and peanuts on low flame for 6 to 8 minutes.

  • After they turn crispy, season well with add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and black pepper.

  • Mix the seasoning well.

  • Turn off the flame and sprinkle chaat masala.

  • Let it cool and serve.

Paneer Tikka Bites





In a bowl add curd and whisk it until it's smooth.

  • Add spices like turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala.

  • Season with salt and mustard oil.

  • In this mixture add paneer cubes and coat them.

  • Let them marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Grill the paneer in a non-stick pan or air fryer until golden brown.

  • Serve with green chutney.
