First of all, add some salt to wheat flour and knead a soft dough and keep it covered for some time. Now take Sattu in a bowl and add onion, green chilli, ginger, green coriander, salt and all the spices in it. After this, add lemon juice and some mustard oil and mix well, add some water as per requirement so that the stuffing does not remain too dry.


Now make a ball of flour, fill the sattu mixture in it and roll it gently to prepare the paratha. Cook the paratha thoroughly on hot pan from both the sides. Applying light oil or ghee makes the paratha crisp and aromatic.
