of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar Died in a plane crash on Wednesday (January 28) (Ajit Pawar News). There is a wave of mourning across the country along political lines. It is still difficult to believe that a veteran leader will bid goodbye to the world in this manner.
It is very important to know about Pawar that he has made the record of being elected Deputy Chief Minister the most number of times till date. No one has been able to break this record in history. Pawar was the Deputy CM but he wanted to see himself sitting on the Chief Minister’s chair. However, his wish remained unfulfilled.
Ajit Pawar had once openly said that if he had been Sharad Pawar’s son, perhaps he would have got a chance to become the Chief Minister. He said that just because he was not connected with his family, he did not get the opportunity to move ahead. He called it an injustice done to him. Later he separated from Sharad Pawar and divided NCP into two parts.
