Chhatu- Coriander Chicken Kebab
Materials
Chicken Mince (500), Coriander-Garlic-Chilly-All Pepper paste together, Roasted Chattu, Onion Bata, Lemon Juice, Salt, Sweet Attar, Chilli Powder, White Oil, Ghee.

Marinate the chicken mince with a mixture of salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and butter and keep it for 1 hour. Then heat oil in a pan and add onion batter, marinated chicken with chopped green chillies. Salt in moderation. After cooking, mash it with pepper powder. When the oil leaves, you will understand that it is done. Spread sweet perfume before lowering. Now spread it with roasted chuttu for binding. Form the cooled steak into kebabs. Afghani Chicken Kebab

Materials
500 gms chicken finely chopped, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, few almonds, green chillies, quantity of water, sour curd, ginger, garlic paste, salt (as needed), fresh cream, kasauri methi, white oil, melted butter.

Wash the chicken leg pieces well in water. Cut a little on the meat with a knife. Soak almonds in water and peel them. Make a paste with almonds, green chillies and little water in a mixer. Now in a big bowl mix sour curd, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, almond-lankar paste, fresh cream, kasauri methi, salt and little white oil together. Now rub this mixture of spices on the chicken pieces and keep it in the fridge for three hours. Now brush ghee on the tawa and cover it and fry it from side to side. Brush the butter over the meat pieces occasionally. The meat will be cooked and the flavor will remain. You can make it on a kebab tray or in the oven.
