An incident of bloody sport has come to light due to a minor dispute in Mangolpuri area of ​​Delhi. Here on Friday (January 30) morning, a young man was stabbed to death. A young man lost his life in an attack with a sharp weapon in Mangolpuri police station area, while his companion was seriously injured. After a detailed investigation of the incident site, the body was taken into custody and sent to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, where the post-mortem process was started.

To solve the mystery of the murder, the police scanned the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby. During the investigation the suspect was identified and the police took action without delay. Within just a few hours of the incident, the accused was arrested and the sharp weapon used in the murder was also recovered.

The young man had gone out at night saying he had work to do

The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Mohit. According to family members, Mohit used to dance during tableaux in religious events and Jagran. Last night he had left home with friends saying he was going to work. On Friday (January 30) morning, the family received information that Mohit’s body was lying at some distance from the house, after which the family reached the spot in a distraught state.

If treatment had been received on time, life might have been saved.

Mohit’s family says that they still do not understand why their son was murdered. According to family members, Mohit had no enmity with anyone. It is suspected that he died due to excessive bleeding. The family’s pain was expressed when they said that if someone had taken him to the hospital in time, perhaps Mohit would have been alive today.

Had gone to the accused with friends

Police investigation has revealed that the name of the youth arrested on murder charges is Tannu, who is a resident of Y Block of Mangolpuri. The deceased and the accused already knew each other. It is being told that Mohit along with his two friends had gone to the accused in connection with some goods. Meanwhile, a dispute over some issue escalated and Tannu attacked Mohit and his friend Vicky with a knife.

Third murder in the area within a month

After the incident, there is an atmosphere of fear and anger in the entire area. Local people claim that this is the third murder incident in Mangolpuri area within the last one month. People allege that criminal incidents are happening every day, due to which common citizens are feeling unsafe.
