Soya Pakora: Pakodas are one such snack in the Indian kitchen that is loved in every season and on every occasion. When it comes to rainy season or evening tea, the name of pakodas automatically comes to mind. If you want to make something different, healthy and rich in protein, then soya pakora is a great option. These pakodas made from soya chunks are excellent in taste and are also considered beneficial for health.
Soya chunks contain abundant amounts of protein, fiber and essential nutrients. This is the reason why it is considered a good alternative to meat for vegetarian people. Soya Pakora is liked by everyone from children to adults and it can be easily prepared at home. The special thing is that it does not require much material to make it and it is ready in less time.
First of all, put soya chunks in boiling water for some time. When the soya chunks become soft, squeeze them well to remove excess water. After this, grind the soya chunks lightly or chop them finely.
Now add ground soya chunks in a big vessel. Add gram flour, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and all the dry spices and mix well. If necessary, prepare a thick batter by adding a little water. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thin.
Now heat oil in the pan. Once the oil is well heated, take small portions of the mixture and fry on medium flame until it becomes golden and crunchy. Ready fritters Take it out on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
