Joshua Zirkzee showed a moment of class as he became the first Manchester United player to rush over to Benjamin Sesko following his match-winning goal against Fulham.
Sesko, 22, has struggled during his challenging introduction to life at Old Trafford since his £74million transfer from RB Leipzig last summer, but he rose to the occasion with a match-deciding moment, netting in the 94th minute to seal United a thrilling 3-2 triumph on Sunday afternoon.
The Slovenia international, who had managed just five goals in 20 appearances prior to Fulham's visit, came on as a 74th minute replacement for Matheus Cunha and had to bide his time until injury-time for his moment of glory. Indeed, mere moments after Fulham had equalised at 2-2 through Kevin, Bruno Fernandes teed up Sesko to blast the ball into the top corner and claim all three points.
As Sesko spun away to celebrate in the South-West corner, Zirkzee, who had been preparing on the sidelines, was the first United player to sprint across to the striker to join the celebrations, embracing him and demonstrating his joy.
This caught some United supporters off guard as Sesko and Zirkzee have been competing for starting opportunities throughout much of the campaign.

However, in that instant, Zirkzee showed his quality and personality by congratulating Sesko and placing his hand on his shoulder before the remainder of his United colleagues reached them. Even after the final whistle sounded, Sesko and Zirkzee shared another moment together and stood united side-by-side.
Both Sesko and Zirkzee were named amongst the substitutes for the Fulham clash, as interim boss Michael Carrick chose Bryan Mbeumo to lead the line, flanked by Matheus Cunha and Amad Diallo.
When Carrick decided to shake things up in attack, Cunha was withdrawn and Sesko got the nod ahead of Zirkzee, who didn't feature at all.
Zirkzee has been the subject of transfer speculation this month and hasn't played a single minute since Carrick took charge last month.
He was left out of the matchday squad entirely for the Manchester City and Arsenal fixtures, only making the bench against Fulham because of Patrick Dorgu's injury problems.
The Netherlands international's most recent outing for the Reds was in the FA Cup loss to Brighton during Darren Fletcher's final match as caretaker boss.
Meanwhile, Sesko has now netted six times for United, earning glowing praise from Carrick after the game. "A huge moment," Carrick said.
"I'm so, so pleased. Everyone in the changing room, players, staff, delighted for him, absolutely delighted for him. And the reception he got when he came back in the changing room, told us everything. He's even confident, to be honest.
"We've worked with him a lot in different ways over the last couple of weeks. He's bright in training. He's looked dangerous, he's done extra.
"The coaches have done a lot of bits on the side and Travis [Binnion], particularly, he's done a lot of work one on one with him."
