The credits of the movie also revealed something that had been floating around in rumours since the craze of Dhurandhar had begun, if not before that. Ranveer Singh was rumoured to have more than one vanity van and the credits confirm that.

Dhurandhar’s Credits Expose Ranveer Singh

A detail-oriented fan on social media brought to everyone’s attention that the credits for Dhurandhar list three separate vans for Hamza Ali Mazari. ‘Hamza Van,’ ‘Hamza Staff Van,’ and ‘Hamza Normal Van’ were all listed under vendor transportation. There had been rumours that Ranveer Singh had demanded multiple vanity vans for himself and now those seem to be true.

It was previously reported by The Hollywood Reporter that Singh has one van for his personal use, one for his gym, and one for his private chef. The credits accidentally confirmed that and it has left fans to assume that one was used when he was playing Hamza and one when he was playing Jaskirat, to maintain the authenticity of his role.

Another thing to point out was that, in the credits, all the vans are mentioned by the name of the actor, such as ‘Madhavan Van,’ and ‘Arjun Van,’ but that isn’t the case for Singh, and his van is mentioned through his character’s name.

Sanjay Gupta’s Previous Statement on Vanity Vans

Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta spoke up while on Cyrus Broacha’s podcast about how many actors go for multiple vanity vans, some even using eleven separate vans for themselves. They require a van for changing, but a different one to do their makeup in. Then another for a gym and so on.

He further alluded to an actor couple who required eleven different vans for their use. At that time, people had come to assume that the couple was actually Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Gupta had elaborated on how they require two separate vans for food and eat separately while on set, despite being married to one another.

Some fans had assumed it could be the iconic Bollywood duo of DeepVir, but these were only rumours and speculations. Now that Dhurandhar’s credits have confirmed that the actor needed three vans, all these rumours get rekindled with a new light and perspective.
