According to the information, when the firing took place outside Rohit Shetty’s residence in Juhu, he was present in his house. It is being told that Rohit was on the seventh floor of his building and was resting. He was sleeping inside the house during the firing. It is a matter of relief that Rohit Shetty did not suffer any injury in this entire incident and he is completely safe.

Initially the guards mistook the sound of firecrackers

Immediately after the incident, the security guard first felt that firecrackers were bursting somewhere nearby. But when the CCTV footage was examined, it became clear that unknown assailants had opened fire outside Rohit Shetty’s house. After this the police was informed and immediate action was taken on the spot.

Crime branch engaged in investigation, four accused arrested

Considering the seriousness of the case, Mumbai Crime Branch has formed 12 different teams. The forensic team has collected important evidence from the incident site. Police have also recorded the statement of Rohit Shetty. In this case, five suspects were detained from Pune, out of which four have been arrested. The inquiry is still ongoing.
