It explores how your gameplay and behavior can be converted into real-life career skills. Its mission is to help students, gamers, and working professionals enhance their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and career growth.

Complete a psychometric assessment

The first part of Career Mode has nothing to do with shooting mechanics or match results.

You will be asked to complete a guided psychometric assessment designed to understand your behavioral preferences, personality traits, and work styles. It creates a baseline for how you approach situations, collaborate with others, or respond to challenges.

Simply put, it sets the context before considering your gameplay behavior.

Let the gameplay behavior do the talking

The second layer looks at how you behave during BGMI matches.

Career Mode analyzes in-game behavior that is commonly seen during competitive play. These include decision-making ability, adaptability, teamwork, staying calm under pressure and attention to detail. It’s not about impressive stats or win rates. The focus is on the behavioral signals that naturally occur when you are playing seriously.

These gameplay insights are then combined with psychometric input.
