1. Start the day with water
Drink 1–2 glasses of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning. This speeds up metabolism and detoxifies the body.
2. Don’t skip breakfast
Choose light and healthy options like oats, eggs, fruits or sprouts. Going to office on an empty stomach can increase fatigue.
3. Keep your lunch box healthy
Take home cooked food – dal, vegetable, roti or brown rice. Reduce outside fried food.
4. Take small meals
Instead of 3 heavy miles, take 5–6 short miles. This maintains energy and prevents overeating.
5. Be active even at the desk
Walk, stretch or climb stairs for 5 minutes every hour.
