Method 1: Search emails by date

Step 1: Open Gmail

YYYY/MM/DD

Example:
2022/01/01

All emails of this date will appear on the screen.

If you want to delete emails older than a year, type in the Gmail search bar:
older_than:1y

• older_than:2y (older than 2 years)
