Samajwadi Party on Thursday, under the leadership of former MLA Vijay Paswan, submitted a memorandum to the administration regarding irregularities in filling the SIR form.

Where is it mentioned in the memorandum that in the second phase of SIR, such information is being received continuously that at the assembly booths of Kapilvastu, Shohratgarh, Bansi, Itwa and Imariaganj of Siddharthnagar district, BJP people are putting pressure on BLOs by wrongly filling Form-7 (typed and printed) in the names of fake people.

In this series, at Booth No. 311, 312 Gangwal of Etawah Assembly, the names of 163 and 69 people were filled with fake names by the BJP leader and pressure was put on the BLO to cut the votes, which was caught by the alertness of our leaders and workers. Similar complaints are being made continuously in Kapilvastu, Bansi, Dumariyaganj and Shohratgarh assembly constituencies by BJP people under fake names through Form-7 by putting pressure on BLOs to get votes.

Which is fatal for democracy. Similarly, recently, Pankaj Choubey, head of Alidapur of Shohratgarh assembly constituency, through his associates was pressurizing BLO Vijay Yadav to wrongly cut votes. When he refused, he was fatally attacked and left to die. Those bigots should be arrested immediately. Form-7 should be verified. Those who are arbitrarily and fraudulently filing Form-7 and getting people’s names deleted should be investigated at the booth level, a case should be registered against them and they should be arrested and strictest action should be taken.

During this, a large number of people were present including former MLA Vijay Paswan, Vibha Shukla, Jokhan Chaudhary, Pradeep, Ghanshyam Jaiswal, Abdul Kalam Siddiqui, Lavkush Soni, Ram Milan Bharti.
