Candidates applying for the Telecom stream must have a BE or BTech degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 60 percent marks is mandatory. For the Finance stream, candidates must have passed CA or CMA.

Candidates selected in this recruitment will be paid according to BSNL's Pay Scale-3. Appointed candidates will receive a monthly salary of approximately Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500.
