SaaS company Capillary Technologies reported a 22% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹8 Cr in the December quarter of 2025 (Q3 FY26) from ₹10.3 Cr in the year-ago period. Sequentially, profit increased multifold from ₹28.8 Lakh.


Revenue from operations increased 15.7% to ₹184 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹159 Cr in Q3 FY25. On a quarterly basis, it grew 2.6% from ₹179.3 Cr.


EBITDA grew 17% to ₹28.7 Cr in the quarter under review from ₹24.5 Cr in Q3 FY25. Total expenses for the quarter increased 17% to ₹159 Cr from ₹136 Cr in the same quarter last year.


Capillary helps businesses improve customer engagement, drive sales and build brand loyalty through its AI-powered platform. It builds cloud-based loyalty, customer engagement and data platforms for large brands.


It earns revenue from multiple streams, including retainership and other services, installation, and campaign services.


The company’s AI based platform aiRA works as a customer support agent and also offers analytics and reportings based on knowledge and loyalty campaigns and promotion automated setup.


Capillary divides its revenue segments into three segments:


Subscription: Revenue under this head comes from retainership and other services. It includes all the income which comes from loyalty programme management, customer data platform,


campaign management & personalisation tools, among others. The revenue under this segment grew 42% YoY to ₹164.1 Cr during the quarter under review, accounting for 89.2% of the total revenue


Other Services (Installation): This is a one-time fee charged from the customers when they sign up with the company. Under this, Capillary helps enterprises set up and configure the platform, integrating it with the brand’s POS, website, app, ERP, CRM, and migrating customer data from old systems. The segment recorded a revenue of ₹19 Cr during the quarter under review, accounting for 10.3% of the total revenue.


Campaign Services: The company earns revenue from running marketing campaigns for clients under this segment. The segment’s revenue stood at INR 97 Cr


Capillary went public in November last year, with its shares listing at INR 560 apiece on the BSE, a discount of 2.9% to the issue price.


Shares of Capillary ended today’s trading session 0.97% lower at ₹605 on the BSE.
