2 onions

1 tomato

1 capsicum

3-4 sweet corn

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon oregano

2-3 spoons pizza sauce

4-5 spoons grated cheese

salt as per taste

To make 1 bread pizza, first cut the bread in heart shape. Now cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

Now apply pizza sauce on the bread and preheat the oven at 180°. Now add onion, tomato, capsicum and sweet corn in a bowl and mix well. Now add salt to it and keep it mixed.

Now spread it on slices of bread applied with pizza sauce. Then spread cheese over the vegetables. Now sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on it. Now place this bread slice on a stand and put it in preheated oven. Now set the oven again at 180° and let it bake for 10-12 minutes.

When the cheese melts well and the bread also becomes crisp, then this pizza bread is ready. Take it out from the oven. Now sprinkle some cheese, chili flakes and oregano on it and serve it with sauce of your choice. It looks very tasty. You should also prepare and eat it on this Valentine’s Day.

Heart-shaped Sabudana Tikki

Material

1 cup soaked sago

2 boiled potatoes

2-3 chopped green chillies

1 teaspoon chopped ginger

2-3 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp cumin

rock salt as per taste

oil for frying

Method

To make Sabudana Tikki, first wash the Sabudana thoroughly 2-3 times. Then add enough water to submerge the sago and keep it soaked for 5-6 hours or overnight.

When the sago swells well, strain it in a strainer so that not even a little water remains. Now peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.

Now put soaked sago in a bowl, add potatoes, cumin powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt and mix well. You can also add chaat masala in it if you are not making it for fasting.

Now mix all the ingredients well and make big balls out of it. Now put oil in a pan and let it heat. You can also make it in a round shape. I have made it with a heart shape cookie cutter. Make heart shaped tikkis from all the sago balls and keep them aside.

When the oil is hot, put it on medium flame, put the tikkis in it and fry them well till they turn golden brown from both the sides. When the tikki becomes crispy, take it out in a plate. Fry the remaining tikkis like this.

When the tikki is ready, serve it with sauce or chutney of your choice. If you are making it to eat during fasting, then you can eat it with curd or coriander chutney. These tikkis taste very tasty and crispy.
