The life of Pandit Deendayal ji is a beacon giving direction to the Indian nation. He was a sage politician who was dedicated to the overall upliftment of society, culture and nation. He considered politics as a medium for the practice of nationalism. He had a clear opinion that the journey to independent India should be in accordance with Indian philosophy, culture and tradition.

Pandit Deendayal ji linked political thinking with Indian values ​​and gave the formula of integrated human philosophy. It involves coordination and balance between individual, society, nation and creation. It binds life and the entire creation into one thread. This philosophy creates the whole from the individual. It includes the values ​​of Shri Krishna's Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and today's global scenario.

Pandit Deendayal ji imagined the future of India on the basis of four efforts - Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. He believed that only the balance of these four can take an individual and society towards perfection. If individuals and society are given equal opportunities for development, then it is possible to create a self-reliant and capable society. Pt . Deendayal ji believed that the ultimate goal of politics is to build a strong, harmonious and self-respecting nation. His development model was not limited to economic progress alone, but included cultural consciousness, social harmony and spiritual balance. He wanted that the benefits of development should reach the last person in the last line, only then it would be called true development. This is the feeling of Antyodaya.

Pt. This is the thinking of Deendayal ji. Development from inheritance, Self-reliant India, Vocal for Local and Sabka Saath – Sabka Vikas, all these are modern forms of Integral Human Philosophy. Prime Minister Shri Modi ji has resolved to establish India as the world's top power by the year 2047, the centenary year of independence. This resolution Pt. It is the true expression of Deendayal ji's dream India.

I am happy to inform that efforts are being made to connect every region of the state with the main stream of development in order to materialize Prime Minister Shri Modi's vision of building a self-reliant and developed India. While the Regional Industry Conclave was innovated to provide opportunities to the potential, intelligence and efficiency of every region of the state, an attempt was made to take the local industries to the international level through the Global Investors Summit held in Bhopal. For investment, we visited UK, Germany, Japan and Davos etc. and invited industrialists through road-shows in Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Mumbai. This is the first powerful effort to connect the industry from regional to global level.

I am satisfied to say that under the guidance of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, Pt. Efforts are being made to put the thoughts of Deendayal Upadhyay into practice. Through harmonious, sensitive and responsive governance, plans and development goals are reaching the last person on the ground. In the state, work is being done through 4 missions keeping poor welfare, farmers welfare, youth power and women empowerment at the center. This will achieve the goal of welfare of all sections of the society.

Pt . Deendayal ji described a clear and practical sequence of agriculture, industry, transport, business, society, security and service for economic development. In this sequence, the need to give first place to agriculture in India, an agricultural country, was expressed. He believed that if agriculture is strengthened in the country, then the income of farmers will increase, there will be stability in rural life and both raw material and labor will be easily available to the industries. This will maintain balance between farmers, consumers and society. Pt . Deendayal ji considered the strength of farming and prosperity of farmers as the basis of overall development. I am satisfied to say that in Madhya Pradesh, under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, the year 2026 is being celebrated as Farmer Welfare Year by keeping the self-respect, safe life and self-reliance of the farmers at the center. In this, farming will be made a profitable business through modern technology, improved seeds, irrigation, storage and better access to the market. Agriculture is the backbone of the state's economy along with a means of livelihood. No stone will be left unturned in empowerment of agriculture sector.

I am happy to inform that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country which has dedicated the year 2025-26 for the welfare of farmers. In Madhya Pradesh, Tapti Ground Water Recharge Mega Project along with Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal and Ken-Betwa River Link National Project will irrigate more than 16 lakh hectares of additional agricultural area in 25 districts of the state. Every necessary step will be taken for the overall welfare of the farmers of the state.

Grain, mustard and gram research centers are being established in the state. This will take food grain production and nutritional security to new heights. Special emphasis will be given to increasing the quality and yield of crops through these centres. More than 30 lakh farmers of the state will be given solar power pumps in the next three years. The target is to increase the area under irrigation in the state from 65 lakh hectares to 100 lakh hectares.

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji had imagined a self-respecting, self-reliant and leading India in world welfare. The country is moving in this direction under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Modi ji. His life and philosophy will continue to lead us all on the path of nationalism.
