This dish is especially made in Rajasthan and North India and is made when people get bored of everyday food. Once made, everyone from children to adults will love it.
Recipe for making gram flour cheela vegetable
– First of all, prepare cheela by making gram flour paste in a bowl.
After this, heat oil in a pan to make gravy.
When the oil becomes hot, add chopped onions to it and fry.
Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and mix well.
– When the onion becomes golden, add salt, turmeric, coriander and red chili powder to it.
Then add curd and kasoori fenugreek and stir for 2 minutes.
After this, add chopped tomatoes and cook until the masala separates from the sides.
Now add a big glass of water to it and boil it on medium flame.
-Cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes.
– On the other hand, spread the prepared cheela, apply green chutney on it and add grated cheese.
Then make a roll, cut it into 4-5 parts and keep it in a plate.
– Finally, add Sabzi King Masala to the gravy and turn off the gas after 3 minutes.
– When you serve the vegetable, add chopped chiles to it 2 minutes before.
By doing this the chiles will not dissolve in the gravy. Serve it with hot roti, paratha or rice.
