Just as lunch is important for health, similarly dinner plays an important role in keeping your health healthy. Dinner should be lighter than lunch. It is always good to have salad with roti and vegetables in dinner. You can have khichdi, porridge or soup as a normal meal. Eating food 4 hours before sleeping helps the body digest the food properly.
Dry fruits and hot things
Among dry fruits, one can eat walnuts, figs, almonds, etc. It helps in keeping the body warm. Apart from this, you can eat things to ginger and garlic. Adding garlic and ginger to vegetables in winter makes the food not only tasty but also beneficial for health. Things made from sesame seeds should be eaten in cold weather.
