The request: Henderson asked if a specific victim currently living in India could receive “six free therapy sessions” and other resources available to survivors in the US.

The response: US officials replied by asking for the victim’s contact details. They stated they would coordinate with the US Embassy in India to help her apply for the New York Crime Victims Compensation program.

The disclosure is a result of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump in November 2025. The act required the DOJ to release nearly all records to the investigations of Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.
