Swara has described those who made such a law as having a 'cruel and devilish mentality'.

According to the new Taliban law, the husband has complete freedom to beat his wife. But, there is also a condition with this. The condition is that while beating, the husband has to take care that no bone of the wife is broken and no serious injury occurs on her body. If the wife does not suffer any serious injury, it will not be considered a crime under Taliban rule. This strange law has been implemented recently.

Swara Bhaskar's anger over Taliban's new law

Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar has given a sharp reaction to this new law of Taliban. While sharing a post on his Instagram story, he wrote, 'I can't believe it. Frankly, Taliban is one of the most disgusting examples of humanity. Cruel and diabolical...this is an insult to humanity and the religion they represent. This is completely disgusting.

This reaction of Swara has come after the news in which it was said that Taliban has implemented a new 'Penal Code' of 90 pages. It has been signed by Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada. It is being told that in this women have been given the status of slaves. Not only this, the husband can also beat his wife. If the wife has been beaten severely, she can file a complaint, but she will have to present evidence in the court.

Conditions for filing complaint

According to the new Penal Code, women have the right to lodge a complaint against domestic violence, but some very strict conditions have also been imposed for it. The woman will have to come to the court with her husband or parents and show her injuries in the court. If the wife proves that the husband has beaten her, then the husband can be jailed for up to 15 years. But if there is no visible injury or evidence of broken bones, the husband will not be punished.
