According to the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, the chat options will have a separate section where all the messages scheduled for that particular chat will appear. The screenshot currently shown is for a group chat. But there is a full possibility that this feature will be available in private chat as well. No official announcement has been made by WhatsApp yet. So, there is no clear information about when exactly this feature will be available. But it is likely to be announced soon as it is hinted at in the beta version.
