This means that now there will be no need to go through a long process.

AI will understand the user’s intentions

This feature not only reads words, but also has the ability to understand the intention of the user. Whether someone needs to send money, pay a bill or needs help, AI prepares the interface accordingly. Keeping security in mind, a hybrid model of on-device and cloud-based processing has been adopted. This keeps personal and transactional data within the secure ecosystem of PhonePe.

Rollout started across India

This new AI feature is being made available across the country in a phased manner.
