Money in your hands in 72 hours (3-Day Claim Settlement) The biggest feature of EPFO ​​3.0 is its auto-settlement mode. Currently it takes 15 to 20 days for PF claim to be settled. But the new system will use Artificial Intelligence (AI), so that eligible claims will be processed within just 3 days (72 hours) without any human intervention.2. Now PF money will be withdrawn through ATM and UPI. Provident Fund will no longer be just a retirement fund. Under the new rules: PF ATM Card: EPFO ​​can launch a special debit card, which will allow you to withdraw your PF balance directly from the ATM. UPI Integration: Subscribers will be able to link their PF account with UPI, allowing instant transfer of money to the bank account for small emergency needs.3. Increase in salary limit (Wage Ceiling Hike) According to media reports, the mandatory salary limit (Wage Ceiling) for PF deduction can be increased from ₹ 15,000 to ₹ 25,000. With this, lakhs of middle income group employees will come under the ambit of PF and their retirement corpus will also be larger.4. In sync with the announcements of ‘Rani Durgavati Yojana’ and ‘Mahatari Vandan’ in Budget 2026, EPFO ​​is now making special provisions for women and daughters. Under this, through data integration, women subscribers will be able to get the benefits of government schemes more easily.5. You will be able to correct your details yourself (Self-Correction) Now you will not have to visit the employer to correct mistakes like name, date of birth or gender. Subscribers will be able to update their profiles on the portal themselves through Aadhaar-based OTP.
