New Delhi: In his State of the Union address on Wednesday, US President Donald Trump declared that the United States has entered a new era of strength and resurgence, opening his speech with the emphatic line: *“Our nation is back, better and strong.”*

Addressing lawmakers and the nation, Trump underscored what he described as unprecedented achievements on border security. “Today, our border is secure, our spirit is restored,” he said, asserting that the country now has the “strongest border” in its history.

The president also claimed that America has regained global respect, stating, “America is respected again — perhaps like never before.” He credited his administration’s policies for restoring national pride and reinforcing the country’s standing on the world stage.

Highlighting economic performance as a key success, Trump praised what he called a booming financial landscape. “Our economy is roaring like never before,” he said, pointing to growth and renewed business confidence as signs of sustained prosperity.
