Fourth step- After this, add water little by little and knead the dough well.
Fifth step- Cover the dough for a while. Now add oil to the pan and let the oil heat on high flame.
Sixth Step- Make a big ball of dough and roll it thinly. With the help of a knife, cut it into the shape of salt and pepper.
Seventh Step- Now add salt and pepper in hot oil. Turn the gas on medium flame and while one lot is being fried, prepare the second lot of namak par by rolling and cutting it.
Eighth Step- Let the namak par fry for about 5-6 minutes. Fry the namak pare well so that the namak pare becomes crunchy.
