Fatty liver problem and its solutions


In today’s fast-paced life, most people sit in the office for long hours, which affects their health. Due to this, liver problems, especially fatty liver, are increasing rapidly. Health experts suggest some simple solutions to deal with this condition.



Experts believe that liver care should be given priority even in a busy routine. Fatty liver occurs when excess fat accumulates in the liver. Sitting for long periods of time, unhealthy eating habits and lack of physical activity are the main reasons for this. If not taken care of in time, this problem can become serious and affect liver function.

Take short walk breaks and do light stretching. This improves blood circulation and helps in reducing fat deposited on the liver. Lightly moving your legs while sitting in the office or doing shoulder exercises can also be beneficial.


Another important step is to follow a balanced and healthy diet. Include green vegetables, seasonal fruits and whole grains in your daily diet. Avoid fried, oily, spicy foods and processed foods. Drinks high in sugar and fat such as cold drinks and junk food are also harmful for the liver. Instead, drink more water and prefer simple home-cooked food.



The third important measure is regular health checkups. It is necessary to get Liver Function Test (LFT) and other necessary tests done from time to time. Fatty liver can be easily controlled by identifying it in the early stages. It is also helpful to control the weight on the advice of the doctor and take medicines if necessary.
