As we move from winter into spring, the weather will (hopefully) be a little less wet, but that doesn’t mean we won’t get plenty of spring showers, making a waterproof coat still an essential part of our wardrobes. If you want to stay dry and warm whilst looking stylish, Dryrobe’s latest launch should be top of your list.
The newly released Dryrobe Nexus has been designed with a whole range of new technical features, as well as a new silhouette that’s stylish enough to be worn everywhere from country to city. Priced at £225 it’s definitely an investment, but with a style you can wear everywhere, we’re already predicting this is going to be a constant re-wear in your wardrobe.

The new Dryrobe Nexus combines the technical performance that we’ve all come to love from Dryrobe, with a more streamlined silhouette compared to previous oversized designs. The Nexus was inspired by classic parka coats which makes it easier to wear it everywhere from coastal walks to your daily commute to work.
It still maintains its usual performance abilities, though, with enough space inside to get changed underneath after an outdoor dip and an upgrade to all of its weatherproof technology. The Dryrobe Nexus has 30,000mm waterproof protection and a fast-drying back2skin fleece lining that quickly wicks away sweat and moisture to make sure it doesn’t stay damp for long.
The outer material is made with recycled ripstop fabrics and features YKK AQUAGUARD zips to make sure no water can get in. The hood is also fleece lined and fully adjustable to keep you dry from head to toe.
You can pick up the Dryrobe Nexus in two different colours, all black and sand camo with bright orange details. It’s also available in sizes XS to XL, although the extra small has already sold out since its launch.
If you prefer the classic silhouette you could also check out Passenger’s Waves Sherpa Lined Changing Robe which is currently 50% off, down from £119.95 to £59.98 and comes in a range of colours and prints. If you love a bold pattern, Regatta’s Orla Kiely Changing Robe (now £45 down from £150) comes in some great prints and patterns.
For a more classic design, Red’s Alter EVO Waterproof Changing Robe (£159.95) comes in plenty of different block colours including neutrals and brighter shades. And finally, if you’re looking for a celeb-approved option, the Delta Roam Beaumont Robe (£155) is a firm favourite with both Davina McCall and Jodie Kidd.
